Construction Management Effective Construction Management involves planning, estimating, directing, and controlling the resources of personnel, money, materials, and equipment required to execute a project from beginning to end in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
Selecting a project management team to handle a major expansion can be a daunting task for an owner or manager who doesn’t evaluate design and construction proposals on a regular basis. The project management firm selected will be responsible for the successful completion of the project. This firm must also be trusted to abide by standard business ethics and to meet its contractual obligations. It must also be sensitive to the business environment of the project, particularly environmental and regulatory matters. In order to be successful, the project manager will require the support of the Owner, the Architect/Engineer, and the Contractors selected to perform the work. C. A. Services provides various levels of assistance during all phases of a project. This can be anything from reviewing initial objectives to providing contract administration services through project completion and closeout. Some of the services typically provided include: · Feasibility Studies and Estimates · Contracting Execution Plans and Schedules · Architect/Engineer & Contractor Inquiry, Evaluation & Award Assistance · Contract Administration · Project Close Out Visit: http://www.caservices.com for details of services offered. |

Since this first issue has no questions nor comments to address, we’ll close with a few famous quotes: The significant problems we face cannot be
solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them. Excellence is not an accomplishment. It is a
spirit, a never-ending process. If you think you can do a thing or that
you cannot do a thing, in either case you are right.
When nothing is sure, everything is
possible.
